My journey: a new goal every day

Born on 14th November 1986, I believe every day of my life presents a new goal. This continuous pursuit of purpose drives my work and my commitment to helping others. It's a journey of constant learning and contribution, reflecting my belief in endless possibilities.

Rooted in understanding: psychology and psychiatry

My work is deeply rooted in a profound understanding of the human mind, supported by two master’s degrees in Psychology and Psychiatry. This academic foundation allows me to approach mental health challenges and youth empowerment with informed compassion and expertise.

A life dedicated to care and impact

My professional life has been dedicated to various roles in healthcare and education. I've served as a nurse, a principal of a diploma nursing college, and a trainer for the American Heart Association. My experience includes working as a registered nurse in the Neuro ICU at Apollo B’lore in 2015, a resort nurse at JW Marriott Maldives in 2020, and currently as a senior carer in a dementia nursing home since 2023. Additionally, I am an active political party worker for Labour UK, and proudly carry the legacy of my DNA, Amatur Balappa, a great warrior of the Kittur Kingdom in India 🇮🇳.

"Santosh's dedication to mental well-being and youth empowerment is truly inspiring. Their compassionate approach makes a real difference."
